The latest release of ADSelfService Plus, version 5.0, delivers unified self-service identity management by extending its self-service capability to a range of cloud-based and on-premise applications. Additionally, the release also provides users the ability to subscribe to or unsubscribe from mail groups.

Highlights of this release

Unified Self-Service Identity Management: ADSelfService Plus now synchronizes users' Windows Active Directory password resets/changes with a range of cloud-based and on-premise applications including Google Apps, Office 365 / Azure, SalesForce, Oracle E-suite, Oracle DB etc., for a unified self-service identity management.
Mail Group Subscription: The latest release of ADSelfService Plus extends its self-service capabilities to mail group subscriptions as well. Now users can choose to subscribe to or unsubscribe from mail groups of their choice. No more overloaded inbox.
Link accounts for seamless synchronization: Users can now seamlessly synchronize their password changes across multiple platforms even if their usernames are different by linking their Windows Active Directory accounts with other platform accounts.
Enhanced Employee Search and Directory Update: Employee search portal has been enhanced, and it can be embedded in any website of your choice. Directory Update has also been enhanced to allow administrators to place restrictions on photo size and mobile number format.
