Customize Invitation template

Customize invitation template in customer portal

To customize the invitation template:

  1. Click the Customer Portal option under the Users and Control section in the Settings page.

  2. Click the Email Notifications option in the Customer Portal page.

  3. Hover your mouse over the Invitation Template option and click the Edit button next to it.

    The Invitation Template dialog will appear. Make the necessary changes to the invitation template. Then click Save icon found on the top right corner.
