The Problem

MOHG was dealing with a series of IT management challenges that were negatively impacting its business productivity. Predominantly, the manual processes employed for creating users and allocating permissions were overly time-consuming and presented risks for inconsistencies. Gabriel Cassi, the IT administrator at MOHG, stressed this issue, saying, "Our business operations were handicapped by cumbersome manual processes. Cassi expressed their predicament, "Without automated workflows, executing routine tasks became laborious, and the absence of user creation templates compounded the complexity. We had to reinvent the wheel for every new user onboarding, which was inefficient and escalated the risk of discrepancies."

Compounding these issues was the need for detailed reporting. MOHG needed to monitor and manage its vast network of hotels effectively, but its existing solution fell short. Cassi added, "The challenge of generating detailed reports for our numerous hotels was persistent. We required a solution that could deliver concise yet comprehensive reports to ensure smooth operations."

Lastly, task delegation was a critical aspect of managing the organization's broad resources, and it needed a solution that could ensure effective and efficient delegation.

These accumulating challenges were forming a significant roadblock for MOHG's IT operations, prompting the company to look for a solution that could efficiently manage its Active Directory environment.

The Outcome
