Personalization
Identity360 provides administrators with the flexibility to personalize the settings of their console according to their preference. The Personalization tab allows users to customize their display settings, port details, and also enable support access for the support team to debug their issues.
General
- In the General Settings section, you can customize the following features:
- In the Choose Welcome Name drop-down menu, choose the format of the name that should appear when you click the profile icon.
- In the Time Format drop-down menu, select the time format according to your preference.
- In the Date Format drop-down menu, select the date format according to your preference.
- In the Time Zone drop-down menu, select your preferred time zone.
- In the Report Export Settings section, enable the Enable password protection toggle to protect the reports exported in PDF, CSV, XLS, and HTML formats with a password.
- In the Session Management section, you can limit the concurrent sessions a user/technician can have while using Identity360.
- You can configure the maximum concurrent sessions allowed.
- If the concurrent sessions crosses this number, the user/technician will be prompted with an error message asking if they want to terminate their current logged on sessions from all devices and browsers. But if they try to log in directly from the Identity360 portal, they will not be prompted and instead will be requested to terminate the sessions themselves.
- If users first log in through their Zoho accounts and then try to access the Identity360 portal, they will be redirected to a page where they will have the option to terminate their current sessions.
- Click Save.
Portal customization
- You can modify the URL with which you can access Identity360 by entering a new portal URL in the Organization Portal URL field.
- You can replace the Identity360 logo with your organization's logo using the Change Logo setting. Click Browse, and upload the image of your choice.
- You can customize the navigation menu to appear at the top, left, or choose a minimalistic option based on your preference.
Support access
If you encounter unexpected bugs in your product, the Identity360 Cloud Support Team is available to assist you in identifying and resolving the issue. To access this feature, simply enable the Enable Support Access toggle. By doing so, you grant authorization to the Identity360 Cloud Support Team to access your data and undertake corrective actions.
You can also specify the duration of time during which the support team will have access to your data by selecting the desired number of days from the Revoke After drop-down menu. Once the specified number of days has elapsed, the team will no longer have access to your data.
