Getting Started
This section provides all the information you need to get started with Identity360.
Sign up
For existing Zoho account holders
- Visit https://id360.manageengine.com/signup.
- If you already have a Zoho account, there is no need to sign up; simply sign in to Identity360.
- Enter the email linked to your Zoho account, and you will be prompted to authenticate with your Zoho credentials.
- Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to Identity360. Here, you will need to check the box confirming your agreement to the terms and privacy policy.
- Click Get Started to begin your journey with Identity360.
For Zoho application users without an organization
- If you use Zoho applications and your personal Zoho account is not registered to an organization, you can still directly sign in to Identity360 by entering the email linked to your Zoho account.
- After authenticating with your Zoho credentials, you will need to provide your company name and click Get Started. This will result in the registration of an organization under the provided company name.
For users without Zoho accounts
- Visit https://id360.manageengine.com/signup.
- Enter your Company name, Email, Name, and Password.
- Click Get Started.
- This will result in the registration of an Organization under the provided company name.
- Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to activate your Identity360 account.
Sign up using a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account:
- To sign up using your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, click on their logos.
- Based on your selection, you will be redirected to the authentication page of the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Sign in with your account credentials.
- After successful authentication, a Zoho account will be created for your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Country/Region, and State to provide more details.
- If you wish to authenticate with your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, link your existing Zoho account by clicking the Link Accounts button.
Log in
Universal Directory as primary source
- Visit https://id360.manageengine.com/.
- Enter the email linked to your Zoho account and then click the Click to Login button.
- You will be prompted to authenticate with your Zoho credentials.
- After successfully entering your credentials on the authentication page, you will be redirected back to the product.
Integrated directories as primary source
- Open Identity360 login page.
- Enter the email and then click the Click to Login button.
- Users will be prompted to select from the list of directories assigned to them for authentication.
- Once users choose their preferred directory, they will be redirected to the respective directory's authentication page.
- After successfully logging in through the selected directory, users will be prompted to complete MFA as their secondary authentication method if it is enabled in Identity360.
- Upon successful verification, users will be redirected back to the product.
Admin portal and user portal
The admin portal provides access to all the functionalities of Identity360. It contains the dashboard, application settings, directory settings, and reports. Only users with Admin or Super Admin roles can log in to the admin portal.
The user portal provides access to SSO-enabled enterprise applications, allowing both admins and non-admin users to log in to the user portal.
User roles
Identity360 includes four predefined roles to manage user privileges within the product. Additionally, admins can create custom roles, allowing technicians to receive only the permissions associated with those specific roles. To learn more, click here.

Identity360's licensing is based on the following components and the number of subscribed users.
- MFA and SSO: This module starts at $195 for 100 users per year.
- Life cycle management: This module starts at $295 for 100 users per year.
- All-inclusive: This module includes MFA,SSO, and life cycle management capabilities and starts at $415 for 100 users per year.
