Azure Active Directory reports

The following categories of reports are available for this directory service:

• General Reports
• Account Status Reports
• Password Status Reports

General Reports

The following reports are available under this category:

• All Users: Provides the details of all the users in your Azure AD environment.
• Cloud Users: Lists all user accounts that are created in Azure AD and not synchronized to your on-premises AD environment.
• Synced Users: Lists all the users whose Azure AD accounts are synchronized from their on-premises Active Directory (AD) accounts.
• Deleted Users: Lists all user accounts that have been deleted.
• Users With DirSync Provisioning Error: Lists the accounts that have failed to sync from their on-premises AD accounts due to an error in the Windows Azure AD sync tool (DirSync).
• Recently Created Users: Provides the details of the user accounts created within a specified period.
• Recently Deleted Users: Lists user accounts deleted within a specified period.
• Users With Empty Attributes: Lists user accounts in your Azure AD environment that do not have any value specified for a particular attribute.
• Users With Duplicate Attributes: Provides the details of all users in your Azure AD environment that have the same value for selected attributes.
• Guest Users: Displays all the guest user accounts in your Microsoft 365 environment.

Account Status Reports

The following reports are available under this category:

• Enabled Users: Provides the details of user accounts that are not disabled.
• Disabled Users: Provides the details of user accounts that are disabled.

Password Status Reports

The following reports are available under this category:

• Never Expiring Passwords: Generates the list of user accounts whose passwords will never expire.
• Soon To Expire Passwords: Provides the details of the user accounts whose passwords will expire within the specified period.
• Password Changed Users: Lists the user accounts whose passwords were modified within the specified period.
• Password Unchanged Users: Provides the list of users whose passwords are not modified or changed within the specified period.
• Password Expired Users: Lists the user accounts whose passwords have expired.
