Saulo Britto was one of the first Brazilians to obtain the maximum certification in ITIL (Service Manager). He began his executive career in 2000 as Project Manager for Y2K and integration of international roaming with Vodafone and Nextel. He was also Superintendent of Technology at Liberty Seguros and Director of Operations and Projects at DHC Outsourcing (current UOL). He worked as a Unix specialist on several international projects by Philips. Today Britto is (CEO) of Pinpoint, providing solutions and services for the management of IT infrastructure and networks.
