You can configure the incoming and outgoing mail server settings for your managed devices. This is applicable only for Samsung devices running Android 4.3 or later, either provisioned as Device Owner or added as Corporate devices.
Only devices running Android 5.0 or above can be provisioned as Profile Owner or Device Owner.

You can configure various email providers like Rackspace email, ProtonMail, servermx, Yandex.Mail, etc using this profile. Ensure that you specify the correct incoming and outgoing server settings in the payload.
NOTE: For Samsung devices, the e-mail policy is applied to the native e-mail client which is Gmail for Android 8.0 or later versions and the Samsung Email app for versions below 8.0. If the policy has to be applied for the Samsung e-mail app on devices running Android 8.0 or later versions, then the app has to be installed, before the e-mail policy is associated with the devices.

%username% - Fetches the username mapped to users from the enrollment details.
All the e-mail profile settings mentioned above, are also applicable for Knox containers.
