How can configuration backup be done from Central?

Configuration backup from the central server can be triggered from device snapshot. To do so please follow the steps given below:
  • Go to inventory.
  • Click on the device for which you want to trigger the backup.
  • Select the "Backup" option from the action menu , at the top right corner.
Backup for multiple devices cannot be triggered simultaneously from Central server directly. To do so, you can either select a probe specific view by selecting a particular probe from the probe selection drop down given on top of the page.
Alternatively you can log into the probe directly by accessing the probe host URL directly from your web browser or by clicking the probe name under Settings > Probe Details.
