How to transfer the admin privilege to another user?

This document provides steps required to transfer the admin privilege to another user.

Steps

To transfer the admin privilege to another user, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to cloud account as current super admin​.
  • Go to Admin -> User Administration.
  • Click Action button of current admin and select "Transfer Admin Privilege".

  • Enter new admin email id in the prompt and click "Transfer".
  • If the new admin user is not part of your cloud account, the user will get an email confirmation.

Note: Once the transfer is completed, the current admin’s account, along with all personalized settings, will be removed.

You have now successfully transferred the admin privilege to another user.
