This tool helps in taking control of a remote windows computers and troubleshoot them remotely. It doesn't require any agents to be installed on those remote computers for establishing a remote desktop connection. It also helps in sharing files between them and this tool is a client for Windows RDP.

2. Click the Remote Control Tool from the list of tools available.
3. Select the domain name available in the left hand panel.
4. Select the computer which you want to troubleshoot remotely.
5. The selected computer is displayed in the right window pane and is ready for remote troubleshooting.
