Vulnerability Manager Plus - End of Support Policy

This page contains information on the support lifecycle of each version of Vulnerability Manager Plus. After every major release, we support the previous version for a considerable period, allowing users to plan their upgradation or migration effectively. After a version reaches its End of Support, it will no longer receive technical support or security updates from Vulnerability Manager Plus.

End of Support Details

A support lifecycle denotes the period from when a version is available for download to when it is no longer supported by Vulnerability Manager Plus. When a version reaches its EOS, Vulnerability Manager Plus no longer provides security updates, non-security updates, features, enhancements or technical support. Shortly after a new version is released, an EOS announcement is made for its previous version on this page. We declare EOS to replace the older versions with a better and more secure version of Vulnerability Manager Plus. EOS will be announced 6 months prior to the effective retirement date, so that the users can plan and execute the version upgradation accordingly. Vulnerability Manager Plus strongly encourages users running the older version to shift to the latest version.

Vulnerability Manager Plus will not be liable for any security or performance issues caused by EOS versions. Vulnerability Manager Plus's ability to deliver a seamless experience depends on your cooperation to upgrade to the latest version whenever it is available.
