Added new graphs for existing reports that depict the most notable details. They are:

  • Top file types by file count, which depicts the distribution of file types.
  • Top users by file count, which depicts the most active data owners.
  • Top departments by file storage size, which depicts allocation of file storage across various departments.

Enhancements

  • File Analysis reports have new columns that list department affiliations of data owners and file size on the disk.
  • Reports will now list all instances of a hard link linked to a file.

  • For better usability, the Clipboard report configuration profiles have been removed. Instead, file paste data will be audited by default and reported in the File Paste report. Clipboard file copy events will be audited by default and presented in the Clipboard Control prevention policy report (previously File Copy and Paste report).
  • The File Copy Policy (prevention policy) has been renamed to Clipboard Control and will contain settings to audit as well as block clipboard copy attempts. Previously audited data and fresh events will be reported in the Clipboard Control report and File Paste report, respectively, when at least one DLP policy is enforced.
