ServiceDesk Plus Integration

Endpoint Central - ServiceDesk Plus integration empowers SDP technicians to manage and secure endpoints right from the ticket window; not just that, you can now resolve tickets at light speed using this unified approach.

Steps to integrate

The two major steps in integrating Endpoint Central with ServiceDesk Plus are as follows:

  1. Authenticating the integration in ServiceDesk Plus
  2. Authenticating the integration in Endpoint Central

Authenticating the integration in ServiceDesk Plus

Follow the steps below to generate an API key in ServiceDesk Plus and provide it in Endpoint Central to authenticate the integration in Endpoint Central.

  1. From Endpoint Central console, Navigate to Admin tab -> ServiceDesk Plus Settings.

  2. Fill in the server details and click Generate.

  3. Define the API key expiry and generate.

  4. Copy the generated API key and come back to EC's console

  5. Paste the API key here.

  6. Enable the features you would like to integrate and click Save.

  7. You have now completed the first step in EC-SDP integration.

Authenticating the integration in Endpoint Central

Follow the steps below to generate an API key in Endpoint Central and provide it in ServiceDesk Plus to authenticate the integration ServiceDesk Plus.

  1. From ServiceDesk Plus console, navigate to Admin tab.

  2. Select Integrations.

  3. Select UEM products.

  4. Enable UEM add-on menu, select Endpoint Central from the drop-down box and fill in the server details. Generate API key.

  5. Paste the generated key, test the connection and save.
