Schedule Reports
The Scheduled Reports feature automates report delivery, allowing you to receive predefined reports in CSV, XLS, or PDF formats at your specified time. By scheduling reports, you can eliminate the need to access individual reports manually. You can configure reports to be emailed to multiple recipients at specific intervals, such as weekly. This feature automates the generation, compilation, and delivery of patch and vulnerability reports, saving time and effort.
You receive scheduled reports in the following formats:
- Attachment: You can receive the scheduled reports as an attachment in your e-mail account.
- Zipped file: In case you have selected a lot of reports to receive as a scheduled report, you can receive these as a zipped file in your e-mail account.
- URL: If the size of the reports exceeds the amount of megabytes that your mail server settings allow, you can choose to publish the reports that you have selected on the Endpoint Central server and send the path to it using e-mail.
