Note:
1. Support for HighPerf Vectorwise add-on has been withdrawn from March 31, 2022. If you are an existing customer using this add-on, you can switch to HighPerf CStore, at no additional cost. Contact netflowanalyzer-support@manageengine.com to install and migrate your data to HighPerf CStore.
2. Support for Cisco WAAS has been withdrawn from July 31, 2022.
3. Internet Explorer (IE) support for NetFlow Analyzer has ended as of Jan 31, 2023. Customers are encouraged to move to other newer browsers.
We strongly encourage our users to upgrade to the latest version to benefit from the new features, critical bug fixes, enhancements, and the flexibility to opt for special add-ons and plug-ins. After every major release, we support the legacy releases for a considerable period of time to help our customers upgrade and / or migrate.
Upgrade plans for existing customers:
A: Yes! We have announced only the end of support (EOS) for the earlier versions. However, you can continue to use the older versions at your own risk as your AMS will not be renewed for these versions and technical support will not be provided beyond the dates mentioned.
A: No, migrating from NetFlow Analyzer version 10 and below to the latest build directly is not possible. You need a fresh installation of the latest NetFlow Analyzer build, apply the license file, and then your devices can be on-boarded. If you face any issue, please contact our support team - we will be able to assist you.
A: Yes, all the upgrades are free, provided you have Annual Maintenance and Support for the current period.
A: Support is valid and available till the period of AMS. You will need to upgrade to our latest version of NetFlow Analyzer, apply the latest NetFlow Analyzer license and the future renewal of your AMS will be on the latest license and not on the older license.
A: If you have renewed the AMS, you are eligible to get the equivalent license of the latest version free-of-cost. Since NetFlow Analyzer's latest version is licensed based on the number of devices, you have to inform our sales team () on how many number of devices you want to continue monitoring. The new license will be sent to you based on your request. Remember that you need to renew the product from thereon based on the new license and not on the older version's pricing.
Please write to our sales team (). They will help you with the price quote to renew your AMS. After renewal, you can continue to avail the support and upgrades as before.
