TCP Reset


    TCP Reset utility of OpUtils software is used to reset the unwanted TCP connections that are established with the switches and routers in the network.

    To reset a TCP Connection

    1. Click the Toolset tab and choose TCP Reset under the Network Monitoring category.

    2. Enter the IP Address or the DNS Name of the switch or the router in the text field.

    3. Enter the Read and Write Community strings in the respective fields.

    4. Click Get Connection Details. This will list all the TCP connections that are established with the device.

    5. To reset a connection, click the icon from the Action column of that connection.
