It's that special time of the year again. Lots of holiday cheer, the satisfaction of a good year, and big dreams for the year to come.
We've had an overall successful year at ServiceDesk Plus, with quite a number of new releases, achievements, events, and more. So here's our most-loved achievements and updates from the whole year round!
This year, we brought some important functionalities into your service desk, with the Kanban view for requests, graphical change workflows, and some cool new capabilities for Zia, our AI assistant. We put in the effort to release features inspired by the latest trends that will help with your ITSM operations. We also added a host of new integrations. Our on-premises version got the telephony and Key Manager Plus integrations, while the cloud version got integrations for TeamViewer, cloud telephony, Zoho Directory, Zoho Survey, and ADManager Plus. We're delighted to know that with these enhancements, our users are able to perform their business operations within and beyond the IT service desk, seamlessly.
Yes, I saved the best ones for last. This year, ServiceDesk Plus was named in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for ITSM Tools for the second consecutive year. On top of that, ServiceDesk Plus also received the new PinkVERIFY™ ITIL® 4 certification for four practices, and the SERVIEW Service Management Version 4 certification for eight practices. These achievements stand as a testament to our efforts in making ITSM better for you, and we hope to continue to bring you quality features and functionalities in the days to come.
We're excited to see what unfurls in 2022, with hopes that the COVID-19 pandemic will also see its end.
