The Contest

You understand that by participating in the Weekly Cybersecurity Challenge ("Contest"), you are accepting the terms of these Contest Official Rules ("Official Rules") and agreeing to be bound by them. The "Sponsor" of the Contest is ManageEngine, a division of Zoho ("ManageEngine"). There will be a set of five questions posted on Monday of every week as part of the Contest. The weekly challenge ends at 23:59 hours PST on the Friday of the respective week. The Contest ends at 23:59 PST on the 27th of October 2023, Friday.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of all countries except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. The Contest is subject to the applicable laws. Employees (including their friends and family members), resellers, and partners of Zoho are not eligible to participate in the Contest. In the event that ManageEngine requires any assistance in order to assess your compliance, you must promptly provide such assistance. ManageEngine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that: a) you have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or, b) have acted in violation of these Official Rules or any such other applicable state, federal, or local laws or regulations or, c) you do not provide the requested assistance for compliance in a timely manner. The decisions of ManageEngine shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.

Selection and Prize

Participants of the Contest stand a chance to win prizes (gift vouchers) linked to the Contest. Manner of selection of the winners for the Contest and the applicable prize(s) will be mentioned in the Contest webpage. The quiz winners for each week will be shortlisted based on the maximum number of correct answers, with the lowest number of attempts, and the fastest timing ("Required Criteria"). A winner will be selected every week. In the event that two or more participants of the Contest satisfy the Required Criteria in the same week, ManageEngine at its sole discretion will determine the winner. Prize(s) are not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. ManageEngine reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated by ManageEngine.

Content

Content submitted, as part of taking part in the Contests, should not:

• be unlawful, in violation of any law, or violate the IP rights of any third party;
• be hateful, tortuous, slanderous, or libelous;
• promote bigotry, racism, sexism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual, nor should it promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• contain any personal information, such as personal names or e-mail addresses;
• promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms, or weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
• promote any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
• contain any nudity or sexually explicit, lewd, offensive, disparaging, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill with which ManageEngine or contestants wish to associate..

Use of Submissions

Providing/uploading any submission constitutes your consent to give ManageEngine a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.

Winner Notification

The prize winners will be notified via e-mail, announcement on the ManageEngine's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram pages in the week following the respective weekly challenge ("Winner Notice"). The Winner Notice will include information on how the winners can claim their prizes. Failure to provide an accurate e-mailing address, failure to provide an acknowledgement in response to the e-mail sent within 3 business days from the date of receipt of Winner Notice or failure to comply with any rules, regulations or limitation will result in the forfeiture of the prize. The e-mailing address provided by each winner will be used 'as is' for sending the prizes/gift voucher. In order to receive a prize, the winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law).

Limitations of Liability

By taking part in the Contest, you agree to release Zoho and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Contest. By taking part in the Contest, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

Rights of Publicity

Provided the winner has permitted ManageEngine to use the winner's name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Contest or about ManageEngine, each prize winner grants to ManageEngine the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winner's name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Contest or about ManageEngine for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection with the Contest, without additional consideration.

General Conditions

The Contest will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of India. ManageEngine reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, ManageEngine shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
