Roles and Permissions for ConnectWise PSA Integration with Endpoint Central

This document outlines the roles and permissions required for integrating ConnectWise PSA with Endpoint Central. Please ensure that you configure roles within ConnectWise PSA to align with these permissions according to your organization's requirements. Properly assigning these permissions will allow users to perform their tasks effectively while maintaining the necessary security and control over the integrated systems.

In ConnectWise PSA:

  1. Navigate to SystemSecurity Roles and click on the + button to add a new role.
  2. Enter the Role name in the Role ID field and click Save.
  3. You will be redirected to a page displaying all the role permissions. Configure the roles based on the table below.
