What you will be doing

  • Create a customer advocacy program and have a list of happy customers who can be our advocates, talk to industry analysts, participate in joint marketing activities such as webinars and seminars
  • Help build positive reviews about the product and brand on major tech communities such as Reddit, Gartner Peer Insights, etc.
  • Talk to customers and create customer success stories and promote them on social media
  • Engage with customers periodically and get customer testimonials
  • Track and measure the outcome of customer marketing activities and report to key stakeholders
  • Based on the learnings, create a customer success strategy and best practices for the same

What we're looking for

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic online and digital marketing knowledge
  • 5 years experience in customer success roles
  • Passionate about interacting with customers across the globe
