Known issues

This document details the various known issues present in the ManageEngine Analytics Plus application. Please contact our support team for further assistance in addressing these issues.

General

Dashboard names appear in English

  • Dashboard names will be displayed in English, even though ServiceDesk Plus is configured in another language.

Deleted tickets appear under Reports

  • Tickets that have been deleted from your ServiceDesk Plus application will be removed from Analytics Plus only after a period of 24 hours.

Import from local and cloud databases

  • While importing date columns from local and cloud databases, the date format should be set to DD-MM-YYYY HH:mm:SS. The date columns will not be fetched if a different format is used.

Export functionality

  • Trying to export a report or dashboard with non-English data, is unsuccessful.
  • Exporting multiple views as an image is unsuccessful.

Error in creating folders and sub-folders

  • In build 4400, creating folders and sub-folders within a workspace will throw an error.

Active Directory

  • When Single Sign-on is configured for Active Directory users, you will not be able to login as an Active Directory user.

Data backup

  • In build 4650, you will be unable to modify the folder where your periodic backup will be saved. To rectify this in Windows installations, open the Windows Service, right-click the Analytics Plus application and select the Properties option. Navigate to the Log On tab, and provide your administrator credentials. In Linux installations, please run the Analytics Plus application with the Sudo command.
