After you add the details of the remote offices that you are going to manage using Endpoint Central MSP, you are required to install agents in the computers in the remote offices. These agents will be referred to Wide Area Network (WAN) agents. The steps of agent installation may vary with the Endpoint Central MSP Build number. Click on the suitable build number to know the steps.

Agent installation can be done in three ways. These include the following :
Creating agent for every customer is the fundamental step and this agent should be installed in all the managed computers in customer's network.
You can install an agent in your client computer using GPO. This is done by running a script in multiple client computers by adding the start up script to the Active Directory. For more information, refer Installing UEM Central MSP agents using GPO.
Distribution server helps in bandwidth optimization. Distribution server located in the remote office synchronizes with the UEM Central MSP server located in your network at specific time intervals.
Note: This method of agent installation is applicable only when the agent communication is through Distribution Server.
