Azure Active Directory

You can configure Azure Active Directory as an authentication factor for users who are part of the directory to verify their identities securely.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that Linked Source Authentication is configured as the users' first-factor authentication method to enable Azure Active Directory authentication.

Steps to configure Azure Active Directory Authentication

1. Navigate to the Applications tab and go to Multi-factor Authentication > Authenticators Setup.
2. Select Azure Active Directory.
3. Enable the Azure Active Directory toggle.
4. Under the Log on Using section, click icon to enable MFA for the respective directory and click icon to disable it.

   Note: Ensure that at least one directory is enabled to use this authenticator.

5. Click Save.
6. If you wish to modify or disable the authenticator, click the three dots on the top-right corner of the Azure Active Directory authenticator, and then click the icon to modify it, or click the icon to disable it.
