  1. Open the Identity360 login page or the application you want to access. If you are logging in to an application, you will first be redirected to Identity360 for authentication.
  2. Enter your email and click Log in to authenticate with Identity360.
  3. The authentication method depends on the organization's configured settings. Users can authenticate in one of the following ways:
    • Passwordless Authentication: This enhances security by eliminating the need for traditional passwords. If enabled, users will authenticate using a passwordless authenticator. However, if a user has not yet enrolled in any of the configured first-factor authentication methods, they will be prompted to verify their identity via email verification by default. Once the email verification is successful, the user will be prompted to complete their enrollment in the other configured authentication factors.
    • Linked Source Authentication: If the organization has integrated external directories such as Azure AD or Salesforce, users will be redirected to the respective directory for authentication.
    • If both Passwordless Authentication and Linked Source Authentication are configured, users will be given an option to choose their preferred authentication method.

Note: If the toggle Enable users to authenticate via Zoho Accounts when their primary source is set as Universal Directory is enabled, users will be redirected to Zoho Accounts for authentication. This option is useful for Zoho Accounts users who wish to continue to authenticate through the same.

  4. Users will be prompted to complete MFA when additional authentication factors are configured for MFA in Identity360.
  5. After successful verification, users will be redirected to Identity360 or the application.
