This set of configurations consists of settings like technician or user assignment, granular and custom role creation, managing purchased Exchange Reporter Plus licenses (based on the number of mailboxes in your organization), and more.

• Technicians - Add technicians and assign customized roles with which they can access the product.
• Two-Factor Authentication - Secure your technician and admin logins by configuring two-factor authentication using any of the five available methods.
• License Management – Manage and unmanage Exchange mailboxes for which the product will gather data.
