This error occurs when Microsoft Outlook is used as the MAPI provider but not set as the default mail client.
To resolve this issue, set ‘Microsoft Outlook’ as the default mail client. To set as the default mail client, Open Internet Explorer → Click on Tools → Internet Options → Click 'Programs' tab in the Email list, Click 'Microsoft Office Outlook' → Click 'OK'
