The cost to deploy was also minimal," said James Ries, a help desk technician at Koorsen.

"During the call, they always had time to connect right away to take a look at the problem we were having. That was very impressive. With most services, I have to wait a day or two to have someone with time to help troubleshoot," said Ries.
