GRT Grand Days is conveniently located in the center of Chennai, about 11 kilometers away from the airport. The Partner Conference is arranged at “Southern Crown” at GRT Grand Days; you can just take the elevator to the conference.

Travel:

Pick-up from airport

GRT provides pick-up service from airport to hotel. There is a GRT representative inside the airport (just after immigration counter & before the baggage pickup/customs clearance), who will guide you to the chauffeur of the pick-up vehicle. The contact person are Mr.Mani (+91 99404 97203) or Mr.Murti (+91 98407 04099). In case no one contacts you or you are unable to reach the representatives, you should look out for the chauffeur holding a placard just after you exit the customs clearance.

Just in case everything fails, the reliable alternates are the taxi counters of Akbar Travels & Aviation Express counters available just outside the customs area & before you leave the airport building. These offer good service at very reasonable price. Please do not use the service of any taxi drivers who scout for business - they charge exorbitant rates & service is not guaranteed.
