Nirmal Manoharan is the Regional Director of Sales at ManageEngine. Nirmal heads the ManageEngine business in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and Latin America (LATAM). He has been with ZOHO Corporation for 13 years and was part of the team that created the worldwide channel for ManageEngine. His current job involves driving the business in MENA & LATAM through a right mix of channel program & marketing activities. Nirmal had prior work experience in channel management in consumer durable industry. He is an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy.

John serves Infrastructure & Operations Professionals. He has eight years of experience in the technology and consulting industry, with certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, BMC, and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (IT). At Forrester, his research focuses on service management strategy, adoption, and implementation. In particular, John helps IT leaders and their teams understand the business value of service management, develop their strategy, evaluate and select vendor tools, and implement service management processes such as IT. Additionally, John focuses on the organizational impact of service management and its relationship to broader IT trends such as cloud computing.

Raj Sabhlok, President, ManageEngine

Raj Sabhlok is the president of ManageEngine and Zoho.com, both divisions of Zoho Corp. Raj has particular interest in IT management software and its power to change the fortunes of a business when implemented effectively.

Prior to Zoho, Raj spent nearly 20 years working with some of the world's most innovative technology companies including Embarcadero Technologies, BMC Software and The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). In his career, he has held technical, marketing, sales and executive management positions within the enterprise software industry.

Raj has a bachelor's degree in mathamatics from the University of Cawlifornia, Santa Crux and an MBA from Duke University's Fugua School of Business. He lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and four boys - and hist iPhone.
