The Lucky Draw

You understand that by participating in the lucky draw ("Lucky Draw") you are accepting the terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agreeing to be bound by them. This Lucky draw is organized and administered by ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation B.V ("ManageEngine/Zoho").

1. Eligibility

The Lucky Draw is open to the legal residents of all countries except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. Employees (including their friends and family members), resellers, and partners of Zoho are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. ManageEngine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that: a) you have submitted more than one entry, or, b) you have acted in violation of the Terms or any applicable state, federal, or local laws or regulations. The decision of ManageEngine shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.

2. Coupon

You will receive a coupon to participate in the Lucky Draw when you scan your badge with us in our booth

3. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner selection and notification will take place at 3PM each day in the ManageEngine booth. The winner will win a VR Headset (“Prize”). To be eligible to claim the Prize, winner must be present at the venue in person and produce the counterfoil of the lucky draw coupon. Failure to be present at the venue during the announcement of results will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. In such an event, ManageEngine reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner. Unless expressly stated within these Terms, compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and other expenses incidental to the enjoyment of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize excludes any costs for transport, travel, accommodation, spending money, meals, travel documentation and insurance. Winner agrees to comply with such third party terms and conditions in connection with the winner's enjoyment of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded. ManageEngine reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated by ManageEngine.

4. Limitations of Liability

By taking part in the Lucky Draw, you agree to release Zoho and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Lucky Draw. By taking part in the Lucky Draw, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

5. Rights of Publicity

The winner permits ManageEngine to use the winner’s name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Lucky Draw or about ManageEngine, each prize winner grants to ManageEngine the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winner’s name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Lucky Draw or about ManageEngine for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection with the Lucky Draw, without additional consideration.

6. General Conditions

This Lucky Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Reed Exhibitions Limited. By dropping the coupon you acknowledge that Reed Exhibitions Limited is in no way responsible for the same and to the maximum extent permitted by law, release Reed Exhibitions Limited from any liability in connection with this Lucky Draw.

The Lucky Draw will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of England. ManageEngine reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Lucky Draw, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. If for any reason the Lucky Draw is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, ManageEngine shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Lucky Draw.
