Speed of Light

You understand that by participating in the Speed of Light game ("Game") you are accepting to the terms and conditions ("Terms") and agree to be bound by them. This game is organized and administered by ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation B.V("ManageEngine/Zoho")

1. Eligibility

This game is open only to the attendees who attend the Infosecurity Europe, 2022 Event, ("Event") on June 21, 2022 to June 23, 2022 and persons not attending the event shall not be eligible to participate in the game. ManageEngine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that you acted in violation of the Terms or any applicable state, federal, or local laws or regulations. The decision of ManageEngine shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.

2. Coupon

A coupon with a code will be provided to you after you have completed the game.You must retain the coupon. If you've topped the score and are selected as the winner, you must submit this coupon to claim your prize. You must be present to win.

3. Winner: Selection and Notification

The winner selection and notification will take place at 4 pm each day during the event. The winner will win a bluetooth speaker ("Prize"). To be eligible to claim the prize, the winner must secure the highest score in the game which shall be displayed at the scoreboard present at the gaming area located in the booth. Failure to be present at the gaming area during the announcement of the results will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. In such an event, ManageEngine reserves the right to award the Prize to the player who has scored the second highest score or to the next highest scorer. A player who has participated in the game shall not be allowed to participate in the game again unless the player is permitted by ManageEngine representative/gaming host. A player who is considered to be the winner on Day 1, can participate in the game during the event on the remaining two days, but will not be selected as the winner irrespective of the player's score Unless expressly stated within these Terms, compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and other expenses incidental to the enjoyment of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize excludes any costs for transport, travel, accommodation, spending money, meals, travel documentation and insurance. Winner agrees to comply with such third party terms and conditions in connection with the winner's enjoyment of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded.

4. Limitations of Liability

By taking part in the game, you agree to release Zoho and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives(collectively, "Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the game. By taking part in the game, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

5. Rights of Publicity

The winner permits ManageEngine to use the winner's name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the game or about ManageEngine, each prize winner grants to ManageEngine the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winner's name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the game or about ManageEngine for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection with the game, without additional consideration.

6. General Conditions

This game is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Reed Exhibitions Limited. You further acknowledge that Reed Exhibitions Limited is in nowhere responsible for the same and to the maximum extent permitted by law, release Reed Exhibitions Limited from any liability in connection with this game.

The game will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of England. ManageEngine reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the game, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. If for any reason the game is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, ManageEngine shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game.
