Configure backup / restore app

To create a backup:

1. Click the Backup option under the Data administration section on the Settings page.

   

2. On the next page you will see two options for backup : Back up now and Schedule backups.

   

   1. Click the Back up now option to begin the process immediately.

      

      Upon completion of the backup, the backup will be displayed in the list of backups in the Backup page.

      

   2. Click the Schedule backups option to configure the frequency of backups and the start date, then click Schedule now.

      

      The scheduled backup will now be reflected in the Backups page.

      

To restore from a backup:

1. Click on the Backup option under the Data administration section on the Settings page.

   

2. A list of backups will be displayed. Click the Restore button adjacent to the backup that you want to restore.

   

3. Enter the name for the application in the pop-up, then click Restore now.

   

To download a backup:

1. Click on the Download button found adjacent to the required backup in the Backups page.The download of the ZIP file containing the backup will start immediately.

   

To delete a backup:

1. Click on the Delete button found adjacent to the required backup in the Backups page.

   

2. In the pop up that appears, click on Delete.
