The Display Configuration is for configuring the settings of Microsoft Windows Desktop such as welcome message, IntelliMouse tips, icons, folders and shortcuts, wallpaper, etc.

Step 1: Name the Configuration

Provide a name and description for the configuration.

Step 2: Define Configuration

The table below lists the display settings that can be configured using Endpoint Central MSP. Specify the values only if a change is required for a particular parameter, else, leave it blank.

Parameter	Description
Wallpaper
Primary Display Resolution (this is not supported for virtual machines or when a machine is being accessed from a remote computer)	Specify one of the following action: Retain Existing Settings - Will not make any changes to the existing settings Specify the resolution from the drop down or choose custom to customize it
Secondary Display Resolution (this is not supported for virtual machines or when a machine is being accessed from a remote computer)	Specify one of the following action: Retain Existing Settings - Will not make any changes to the existing settings Specify the resolution from the drop down or choose custom to customize it
Font DPI	Specify one of the following action: Retain Existing Settings - Will not make any changes to the existing settings Specify the font DPI to be displayed as 100 % /125% / 150 % / 200 %
Font Files	Choose the upload type as "Network Share" or "HTTP upload" to upload the font files. Click the icon to select and assign a dynamic variable to this parameter

Step 3: Define Target

Using the Defining Targets procedure, define the targets for deploying the Display Configuration.

Step 4: Deploy Configuration

Click the Deploy button to deploy the defined Display Configuration in the targets defined.

The configuration will take effect during the next user logon.

To save the configuration as draft, click Save as Draft.
