How to set up your Identity360 account

You can set up your Identity360 account in two ways:

Your administrator will directly onboard you to Identity360 using your user account in any of the following directories or applications:

If you are an external user and don't belong to your organization's primary directory, you will receive an invite via email to join Identity360.

Follow these steps to log in to the Identity360 portal:

Open Identity360 .
Enter your email address and click Log in.
Select your preferred authentication method from the list. If only one method was configured by your admin, y ou will be redirected automatically to the authenticator's login page.
After successfully completing first-factor authentication, you may be prompted to enroll in MFA or complete MFA verification. Learn more about enrollment here.
After successfully completing MFA, you will be redirected to the Identity360 portal.
