Monitoring Profiles

This section allows you to monitor your Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, and other Microsoft 365 services 24x7. It also constantly monitors the health of your cloud setup and notifies you immediately about any service outages.

Configure retention period for alerts

You need to configure the number of days for which the monitoring data must be retained, for better disk space management. Once configured, the data older than the retention period will be automatically deleted.

Steps to configure the retention period:

• Go to Settings tab.
• Choose Configuration → Monitoring Configuration → Monitoring Profiles from the left pane.
• In the page you see, select the Monitoring Settings option found in the top right corner.
• Select the Delete healthy poll messages check box to delete all the messages that confirm the health of a service.
