Red Hat portal might be temporarily down.

Problem

When the Red Hat portal is temporarily down, the download or deployment of patches might fail.

Resolution

You need to verify the following the steps mentioned below:

1. Ensure the cacerts file is downloaded and saved in the specified location: UEMS_Server\lib\downloadTool.
2. Wait for the RHN portal to be up and working.

In case you are not able to troubleshoot the error, and the problem still persists, then contact support team with the Log files.
