How do I find out my build number?

Instructions to Apply Service Packs/Hot Fixes

  1. Shut down the Patch Manager Plus server (i.e. right click on the Patch Manager Plus logo in the Notification area of the taskbar and click on Stop Service.)
  2. If you have to install more than one service pack/hotfix to upgrade to the latest version, it is recommended to exit the Update Manager tool for every PPM installation.
  3. Execute the UpdateManager.bat file present in the /PatchManagerPlus/bin directory.
  4. Click Browse and select the .ppm file that you have downloaded.
  5. Click Install to install the service pack. This may take few minutes depending on the amount of data that needs to be migrated.
  6. Wait until the service pack/hotfix is fully installed.
  7. Click Close and then click Exit to exit the Update Manager tool.
  8. Restart the Patch Manager Plus service.

To find the build number, navigate to the top right corner of the Patch Manager Plus product and click on the profile icon to view the Build version listed there.
