Priceline enhances Active Directory management with ADManager Plus

The Problem

Priceline encountered difficulties in efficiently managing its Active Directory, particularly in managing user objects, creating objects, and modifying objects. The Solution

In addition, Priceline leveraged ADManager Plus' reports, which enabled them to get visibility into vital data such as users's real last logon times; inactive Active Directory users; NTFS permissions; recently created, modified, or deleted user accounts; security groups; GPOs; and more. Using ADManager Plus, Priceline was also able to delegate certain permissions to technicians in the help desk, making delegation tasks more efficient.

Overall, Priceline found ADManager Plus to be an effective solution for its Active Directory management. In terms of support, Priceline found support to be available and responsive.
