Google Workspace Reports

Google Workspace users

This report provides the details of all users present in your Google Workspace environment.

To generate this report,

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click the Google Workspace Reports link from the list of available report categories.

  3. Under Google Workspace User Reports, click the Google Workspace Users link.

  4. Select the desired Google Workspace account and click the Generate button.

Active users

This report helps you identify the active Google Workspace users and view their important details.

To generate this report,

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click the Google Workspace Reports link from the list of available report categories.

  3. Under Google Workspace User Reports, click the Active Users link.

  4. Select the desired Google Workspace account and click the Generate button.

Suspended users

This report fetches the details of all the suspended users in your Google Workspace setup.

To generate this report,

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click the Google Workspace Reports link from the list of available report categories.

  3. Under Google Workspace User Reports, click the Suspended Users link.

  4. Select the desired Google Workspace account and click the Generate button.
