You have upgraded to the latest service pack and configurations are not applied properly after the upgradation.
This could be because you have not upgraded the version of the Endpoint Central agents to the latest version in the client computers. If the upgrade has not happened, the Endpoint Central server will keep trying to upgrade them and the configurations will not be applied.
