Accessing the data sources page
Analytics Plus enables you to view the data synchronization information from the data sources page. You can also edit the synchronization settings from this page. To access this page,
- Head to the Analytics Plus workspace by clicking Apps > Launch Analytics Plus.
- Click the Data Sources option from the left pane.
- In the page that appears, you can find the following data synchronization information:
- Site Address: Gives the URL of the Jira Software portal.
- Last Data Sync Status: Displays the status of the most recent data synchronization from Jira Software Cloud.
- Last Data Sync Time: Displays the time at which the most recent data synchronization was completed.
- Schedule: Gives the frequency of data synchronization between Analytics Plus and Jira Software Cloud.
- Next Schedule Time: Displays the time at which the next data synchronization is scheduled to happen.
- Synchronizations Done: Displays the number of times the data has been manually synchronized on a particular day.
Edit synchronization
Analytics Plus lets you choose or change the modules and fields that are being synchronized from Jira Software Cloud anytime. You can also change the frequency at which data is synchronized between Jira Software Cloud and Analytics Plus. To do this,
- Head to the Analytics Plus workspace by clicking Apps > Launch Analytics Plus.
- Click the Data Sources option from the left pane.
- In the page that appears, click Edit Setup.
