Licensing

Subscription details

You can view details of your Analytics Plus subscription from the Manage apps page in your Jira Software application. To access this page, click the Settings icon and select the Manage apps option.

Navigate to the User-installed apps section and expand the Analytics Plus tile.

Roles in ManageEngine Analytics Plus

There are three roles in Analytics Plus:

Server Administrator

The Jira administrator who sets up the Analytics Plus app will automatically be made the server administrator in Analytics Plus. This role is not transferable. Server administrators are Analytics Plus admins who also have the additional privilege to re-authenticate the Analytics Plus application if the token used for authentication expires. Admins

Admins will have complete access to data across all Jira modules chosen for analysis. As an admin, you can create, share and delete reports and dashboards in Analytics Plus. You can also assign admin privileges to other Analytics Plus users.

Users

A user can view the shared reports and dashboards, and create reports over shared data tables in Analytics Plus.
