Manage resource mailbox in Exchange Online
You can manage resource mailboxes, like room and equipment mailboxes, in your Exchange Online organization. Room mailboxes are tied to physical locations (e.g., conference rooms), allowing users to reserve them for meetings. Equipment mailboxes, on the other hand, are for non-location-specific resources (e.g., laptops, projectors), making it easy for users to reserve these items for meetings.
