Set up Call Analytics in Microsoft Teams
Call Analytics in Microsoft Teams helps troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues experienced in a user's call. The complete call data for an inpidual can be obtained in the user's Call History tab. Call Analytics can also be managed by non-admin users. Assign the Teams communications support engineer role to non-admin users who need to access the full functionality of Call Analytics and the Teams communications support specialist role to non-admin users with limited access to troubleshoot calls. You can add building, site, and tenant information to Call Analytics by uploading a .csv or .tsv file. You can use the existing data file downloaded from the Call Quality Dashboard and upload it to Call Analytics. Using this information, Call Analytics can map IP addresses to physical locations to identify problematic hot spots. To obtain Call Analytics reports:
- Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
- Navigate to the Users tab in the left pane.
- Search for the required user.
- Click on the Call History tab on the user details page to to see all the calls and meetings for that user in the last 30 days.
