Issue: The error message, " Modern authentication failed here, but you’ll still be able to sign in. Your status code is 4c7", is shown when using multi-factor authentication (modern authentication) in Microsoft Teams forms. This error occurs if forms authorization is not enabled.
Solution: Use the web app for authentication and ensure that the following switch is set:

yourdomainhere -PreferredAuthenticationProtocol WsFed
-SupportsMfa $False -PromptLoginBehavior Disabled.
