- Download and install the Patch Manager Plus plug-in from spiceworks app center.
- Log-in to your Spiceworks helpdesk page and click on the Patch Manager Plus option against any ticket and select Server Settings option.
- Furnish the details of your Patch Manager Plus server and start using Patch Manager Plus features from the Spiceworks tickets
Follow the below steps to access your existing Patch Manager Plus within Spiceworks ticket page and inventory details page.
- Ensure your current Patch Manager Plus build number is 10.0.283 or above to manage patches and secure endpoints from Spiceworks; Else update to the latest version.
- Configure Patch Manager Plus in Spiceworks server
- Download and install the Patch Manager Plus plug-in from Spiceworks app center.
