How to deploy Citrix Workspace and Citrix Files for Outlook patches using upload option?

Description

You are trying to download Citrix Workspace or Citrix Files for Outlook patches and the download fails. This might be due to some issue in the session keys and hash keys of the download link. This error might also be due to a dynamic download URL.

Resolution

Follow the steps given below to resolve this issue:

    For Citrix Workspace:

    • Download the updates of the Citrix Workspace Windows and Mac manually.
    • Click on Upload near the Download failed error message. Using the Upload option you can install this patch.
    • Otherwise, navigate to Patches -> Downloaded Patches -> Upload Patches -> Search for the Bulletin ID TU-065 for Citrix Workspace Windows and MAC-196 for Mac and click on Upload under Action.
    • Then select Install Patches to deploy.

    For Citrix Files for Outlook:

    • Download the updates of Citrix Files for Outlook manually.
    • Click on Upload near the Download failed error message. Using the Upload option you can install this patch.
    • Otherwise, navigate to Patches -> Downloaded Patches -> Upload Patches -> Search for the Bulletin ID TU-1003 and click on Upload under Action.
    • Then select Install Patches to deploy.
