Happy leap year!

2023 was an eventful year for us at ManageEngine. We added more out-of-the-box capabilities to our Zero Trust offering, met milestone recognitions from industry analysts, added momentous capabilities to PAM360's integration ecosystem, and more. With that said, we thank you for taking your PAM journey with us and we are excited to bring you along on this leap into another promising year.

A Challenger in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for PAM

ManageEngine has been named Challenger in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Privileged Access Management. We were the only vendor to have traversed from the Niche quadrant to Challenger quadrant this year.

An holistic approach to Zero Trust PAM

ManageEngine PAM360 introduced game changing features to its Zero Trust offerings. This includes real-time risk assessment, where PAM360 generates dynamic trust scores for users and devices based on several security parameters. These scores help enterprises profile anomalous activities and implement dynamic, context-aware access policies.

An extensive Masterclass season

Last year we hosted another extensive season of the PAM Masterclass. The PAM Masterclass is an annual, interactive, live webcast where we comprehensively dive into every module of our PAM solution suite, exploring various features and use cases of each module. Release Radar

2023 was noteworthy on the R&D front for ManageEngine's PAM suite. We delivered some of the most sought-after functionalities that helped us address both market and customer requirements.

We strengthened PAM360's PEDM portfolio by extending these capabilities to Linux environments. PAM360's versatile integration ecosystem has a new feather in its cap—thanks to the recent Zoho Flow integration, PAM360 now lets you extend you privileged access management routines to over 850 business and SaaS applications.

Apart from these, PAM360 also had multiple enhancements such as smart login, SSH command filtering, support for PostgreSQL Cluster, new resource types, a new dashboard, and much more.

As for Key Manager Plus, the solution now supports adding ACME providers and private CAs that allows organizations to create and manage their certificates internally. Key Manager Plus also extends its CLM capabilities to Kubernetes clusters to fetch and manage SSL/TLS certificates stored in K8 clusters.

There also came various enhancements and upgrades such as integrations with Azure Key Vault, Jenkins, FortiGate Firewall, and more.

Our global footprint

In 2023, the ManageEngine PAM team traveled to meet with our customers across the globe, helped them deploy our solutions best suited to their environments, and conducted frequent health checks to ensure a seamless PAM experience.

We were also part of several ITCONs and hosted multiple User Conferences, ManageEngine's signature in-person events where we had the opportunity to meet with our customers and partners one-on-one, and understand their business challenges and market requirements.
