    Troubleshooting

    Error in writing data to the database

    Solution:

    Verify if the SQL driver is installed and if the bcp.exe and bcp.rll files are present in the <Installation_Directory>\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus\bin folder.

      If the SQL driver is installed but the bcp.exe and bcp.rll files are not present in the product bin folder, follow the steps below.

      1. Stop ADAudit Plus
      2. Copy the following files from their corresponding locations as shown below:
        • bcp.exe from <MS SQL Installation Directory>\Microsoft SQL Server\Client SDK\ODBC\<version>\Tools\Binn\bcp.exe
        • bcp.rll from <MS SQL Installation Directory>\Microsoft SQL Server\Client SDK\ODBC\ <version>\Tools\Binn\Resources\1033\bcp.rll
      3. Paste the files in <Installation_Directory>\ManageEngine\ADAudit Plus\bin folder.

      If the SQL driver is not installed, stop ADAudit Plus service and follow the steps below depending on where ADAudit Plus and MS SQL instance are running:

      If the SQL driver is installed and the bcp.exe and bcp.rll are present in the product bin folder and the issue persists, contact support@adauditplus.com
